weil die Cathay nicht auf aktuellem Stand bez\u00fcglich der Visa ist und nicht die 96 Stunden Transitregel von Singapur kennt. Da half es auch nichts die Webseite der beh\u00f6rde aus Singapur zu zeigen.\u00a0 Wir mussten fast eine Stunde am Schalter warten, statt in der Lounge zu fr\u00fchst\u00fccken, wie wir planten.\u00a0 Dann zwang man uns ein Formular zu unterschreiben, das wir f\u00fcr alle Kosten aufkommen, die anfallen w\u00fcrden, wenn man uns nicht nach Singapur reinl\u00e4sst. Das habe ich dann eben unterschrieben. Warum man uns das nicht sofort gegeben hat? Stattdessen l\u00e4sst man Business Class Reisende der h\u00f6chsten Statusstufe lieber warten.<br \/>\nWenn ich mein Gesch\u00e4ft so f\u00fchren w\u00fcrde, h\u00e4tte ich keine Kunden.<\/p>\n<p>Auf der Langstrecke bietet die Cathay ein flaches Bett an, in der auch ein 190 cm Mann sich relativ bequem langmachen kann. Die Anordnung der Sitze ist 1-2-1 in Fischgr\u00e4tmuster. Die Mittelsitze haben sogar eine frische Orchidee.\u00a0 Es wird ein kleiner Kulturbeutel gereicht. Er hat noch nicht einmal eine Haarb\u00fcrste. Hier w\u00e4re sicher noch Spielraum f\u00fcr Verbesserungen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Mitarbeiter sind alle liebensw\u00fcrdig, aufmerksam und sehr bem\u00fcht.<\/p>\n<p>Das Essen ist sehr gut. Ich hatte Shrimps, die erstklassig waren. Meine Frau Lamm, das sch\u00f6n rosa saftig war. Auf dem 4 Stundenflug Hong Kong Singapur gab es ausgezeichnete Dim Sum und Obstsalat von guter G\u00fcte.<\/p>\n<p>Toll ist die Lounge in Hongkong. Wir kamen um 5 Uhr an, die machte aber erst um 5.30 Uhr auf. Sehr \u00e4rgerlich. Aber dann konnten wir aufgrund unseres Statuses in die First Class Lounge. Hier haben wir im Restaurant gut gefr\u00fchst\u00fcckt und dann in der sch\u00f6nen &#8222;Cabana&#8220; gebadet und geduscht. Das war sehr angenehm. Am Ende gab es noch ein Glas Champagner.<\/p>\n<p>Auf der Mittelstrecke gab es nicht ganz so bequeme Sitze, aber immer noch ausreichend gut. Auch das Personal war wieder reizend.
